Welcome to Saint Paul Classic Cookie's blog. We are a small, family-owned bakery in the heart of downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota. We specialize in the most delicious cookies and muffins in the world. Everything in our bakery is mixed from scratch and baked fresh daily. You can't get much closer to homemade than this, we just don't sleep in our bakery(our lease won't let us!).

We strive to use the finest ingredients and we are in the process of adding organic and vegan choices to our menu very soon. We are also expanding to include cupcakes, specialty cakes, sweet rolls, and much more.
