St. Paul Classic Cookie Co.
What the heck is a CSB?
Based on the principles of a CSA – community-supported agriculture – a CSB is a commitment between members of the community. Customers pledge support to a great local business, and the bakery provides a share of the bounty. But even better than a CSA, with a bakery share you always know how much of what baked good you’ll get!
By becoming a member of the St. Paul Classic community, you’ll not only enjoy the most delicious cookies, muffins, cupcakes, brownies and bars, but you will also be supporting your community. All of our yummy treats are made from scratch right here in St. Paul, Minnesota.
CSB's are great for individuals, families, offices, church groups and more. Do you have lots of meetings you need treats for? A CSB is a great option that provides you with a great discount. You could also us your CSB for gifts for your customers.
All shares will begin one week after subscribing.
And just how does a CSB work?
First, you purchase your share. Choose what you would like your box to include (see below), and which day you’d prefer to pick up (Tuesday or Friday between 2-4pm).

What kind of goodies can I get in my CSB?
You can choose to get all cookies or muffins, or mix it up with bars, brownies, and frosted cookies. Each share can get up to half the items as bars, brownies and frosted cookies. In general, you will receive whichever baked goods are featured on that day. However, if you can’t live without a particular favorite, we will do our best to accommodate. We will be adding more products to our subscriptions as time goes on.
What exactly constitutes a share?
We will be offering 3 shares (full, half, and quarter size), all available in 3- and 6-month options. You choose: all cookies, all muffins or a mix. Then, if you want, you can sweeten up the mix by selecting up to half of your share quantity as bars, brownies and/or frosted cookies.
