Well By Jove Hot Cookies, I Think We've Done It!

That's it folks. We've crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's and passed all our inspections and we are actually going to open. AHHHHHHH! I can't believe it. It seems so surreal, although Ebba assures me it's as real as it gets! We are going to open.

We should be sometime later this week, early next. Now we just need to get prepped: ingredients bought, cookies and muffins mixed, and we will be ready to bake. We can't wait to see y'all!
